What is the issue you’re encountering
Miltiple, more than 2 or 3, the same requests from the users if our sites. Each request has unique HTTP_CF_RAY header.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Since October 3-4, we are experiencing huge grow in ‘clicks’ from users of our sites. All sites are using proxy mode from CF. So, the problem is: then a surfer clicks on a content page (let say view.php) of our site, we see, in the scripts’ logs, one real click, and (sometimes!) 2-3 extra clicks from the same user. Few requests can be done in 1-2 seconds. Users cookie remains the same in all these request, but must be changed with every click. Each request has its own unique HTTP_CF_RAY header, so it NOT our server/software issue. It’s makes us huge problem with performance metrics, we just can not rely on them anymore. And there’s no any way to detect those ‘fantom’ requests on the fly to reject them.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Then we disable proxy mode (enable ‘DNS only’ mode) the problem disappearing instantly.

Sounds to me like it’s due to the recent prefetching feature called Speed Brain or Speculation API 
Could be I am wrong.
